If you make a submission, please be aware that your comments will be anonymised prior to being sent to Highway and Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) members for consideration or being published on the Council’s website.  Your data may be shared within Devon County Council and with our partner agencies.  Your personal details will be kept confidential in line with the TRO Privacy Notice and will only be shared in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice or to comply with the Council’s legal obligations.

All Traffic Orders Submissions have to start from the Traffic Orders Search page, otherwise your submission will fail.
