Schools Mutual Insurance Fund Claim Form

Claims must be completed within one calendar month, following the claim period, unless otherwise instructed on the Mutual Fund Website


Please fill out all applicable fields - also when clicking Submit, you will receive a Transaction Reference Number. Please make a note of this, as it will be required if you have any queries with your claim.


Failure to receive the Transaction Reference Number will likely mean that the Mutual Fund Team have not received your submission.

You should receive a response notification sent back to the school within 5 working days to confirm receipt of your claim via the Anycomms System. If you do not receive this notification please contact the Mutual Fund Team via email: or phone 01392 382359.
